How to change the Client Access of Field Force?

To access the General Settings;

1- Click on your username in the upper right corner of the screen.

2- Click on the Settings button.

Field Force Client Access is used to set the clients which can be seen by the field force.

• If the All Clients box is marked; field force can access to all clients.
• If the Clients Not Assigned to Any Field Force box is marked; field force can access the clients not assigned to himself.
• If the Clients In Assigned Category box is marked; field force can only access the clients which has the same category with himself.
• If the Clients With Assigned Tags box is marked; field force can only access  the clients which has the same client tags with himself.
• If the Assigned Clients box is marked; field force can only access the clients assigned to himself.
