How can I add Photos into my Visit?

Photos can be added to the visit from 5 different screen.


1- From the Dashboard screen;


  • Click thebutton at the lower right of the dashboard screen.
  • Click the New Visit button.
  • Click on the client you want to add photos.
  • Click thebutton at the bottom right of the New Visits tab, then click the Photo 0Bqjk1vHBaNkaqVBKYRsEixl7DN0hYP7kg.png button.
  • After completing the photo shooting in the field, click the OK button.


2- From the Clients screen;


  • Sign in to FieldPie and click the Clients button from the upper left menu.
  • Click the START VISIT button of the client you want to add photos.
  • Click thebutton at the bottom right of the New Visits tab, then click the Photobutton.
  • After completing the photo shooting in the field, click the OK button.





3- From the Visits screen;


  • Sign in to FieldPie and click the Visits button from the upper left menu.
  • Click thebutton at the lower right.
  • Click on the client you want to add photos.
  • Click thebutton at the bottom right of the New Visits tab, then click the Photobutton.
  • After completing the photo shooting in the field, click the OK button.




4- From the Plans screen;


  • Sign in to FieldPie and click the Plans button from the upper left menu.
  • Click the visit assigned by your site manager.
  • Click the RESUME button of the client you want to add photos.
  • Click thebutton at the bottom right of the New Visits tab, then click the Photobutton.
  • After completing the photo shooting in the field, click the OK button.




5- To add photos into your visit which has an opportunity: From the Opportunities screen;


  • Sign in to FieldPie and click the Opportunities button from the upper left menu.
  • In that page, you can access your clients who have opportunities.
  • Click the START VISIT button of the client you want to add photos.
  • Click thebutton at the bottom right of the New Visits tab, then click the Photobutton.
  • After completing the photo shooting in the field, click the OK button.
